You list 4 pounds (900 g) chicken. 900 g is 2 pounds. Is that what you mean?

This is one of my go to recipes. I love it and eat it a least a couple times a month. I never thicken the sauce and have substituted the honey with maple syrup when I didn’t have honey and it turned out great.
