In reply to Terry. Hi Terry. I haven't tried making potatoes in instant pot, but if you have and you know their cooking time is roughly the same as the cooking time of the chicken, I don't see a reason why not. Hope this helps!

I made this for my family and they loved it! I will definitely make it again! So easy too! Some of my family prefers chicken breasts, so I used thighs and breasts with the breasts cut in half and it turned out fine following the same cooking time.

In reply to DasFX. Chicken breasts tend to be larger than thighs so I would not reduce the cooking time. I would maybe cut each into 2 - 3 pieces, possibly equally looking. Now that being said, you would need to test it for yourself to see how much time is needed. Hope this helps.

I’m an instapot newbie and my 1st recipe was your chicken piccata and now this. Both were fantastic. The chicken was so tender and not at all dry! Loved both of these sauces. Can’t wait to try more of your recipes.

I have made this once exactly as recipe instructs. It was Fabulous! I am going to make this weeend I then make it into a chicken pot pie with puff pastry crust for father’s day lunch. Can’t wait!
