In reply to Sandy. Hi Sandy. You could reduce the pressure cooking time by 1 minute and you should be fine. However, if you are thinking of using the flat skinless boneless thighs (like I used for my Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs recipe), then you would have to decrease the cooking time even more. I haven't tested it so not sure.

I prefer boneless chicken thighs. Will the cooking time change, either during the sauté or the cook time under pressure?

Since this sauce might still have some alcohol in it after cooking, is it safe to feed it to kids/a toddler?

My husband thinks we have all the kitchen appliances we could need… but we don’t have an Instant Pot!! I’ve been seeing so many amazing recipes, I might have to convince him ;) Also, I love this idea for using Guinness!

In reply to Rscalzo. I haven't tried using anything else but maybe you could try using just chicken stock. However, the flavors will probably be way lighter so you might need to add some other seasonings as well. Hope this helps.
