I didn’t have any white wine vinegar so I used apple cider vinegar and it was awesome. Followed the instructions and it was perfect.

This recipe is exceptional. Delicious—the caraway seeds are the star. I cooked it for 20 mins, and left it for 20 mins..and it was perfection. Thank you!

Instead of water I used a cup of red wine and 2 apples and red onion, also Red Wine Vinegar.
