I think you’ve done the right thing by setting the expectation for the color of the juice. I’ve found that I’ve made things that didn’t come out exactly as I was expecting, but if you describe “the thing” that you think people will notice first, then they’re much more apt to accept it. I made lemon scones that were so puckery, I thought I’d have to toss them… but when I called them tart lemon scones — they got gobbled up.!!! I’d drink this any time!

This looks great. We often go to the apple farms and watch them pressing their own apple juice. It always comes out cloudy like this. I think it tastes better this way!

What a great idea! This would be the perfect juice for cold and flu season, as this is packed with vitamin c. It looks delicious!
