In reply to Linda. Thanks for your feedback, Linda. If using frozen pastry that has been thawed - then the answer is NO. If you have chilled pastry, then you might freeze it, however, I have not done it myself so not sure whether it would work. I know that puff pastry can be tricky sometimes and might not rise as well after or when not handled properly.
