Well, I was quite excited when I saw this recipe. Gave it a try (I don’t like the packets of fajita seasoning at the store), and was blown away by how incredibly delicious this was. This would get rave reviews from my family! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

In reply to izbea smith. Hi Izbea, the nutrition information are per the whole jar so don't worry. The amount of carbs you get per person (per portion) is very little. I'd say is under 1 gram but this is just my guess looking at the numbers. Also, you can reduce the amount of sugar if still concerned. Hope this helps.

I’ve noticed that packaged mixes tend to have SO much sodium (and sometimes other weird stuff) so I love the idea of making my own at home! Love this recipe!
