I’m a uni student so I love overnight oats cause it saves me heaps of time. Tried this recipe and was soooo good. Used water instead of milk and added a teeny bit of almond butter for protein. Tasted amazing!

I prepped this oatmeal recipe last night and my 19 month old granddaughter and I are enjoying it right now. It is so delicious! We can’t get enough! I used almond milk, just a tsp of real maple syrup, no salt, and fresh mango which I diced up and added just prior to serving. Oh and I heated it just enough to take the chill off and added some frozen blueberries because my granddaughter LOVES blueberries! Yummy!! We eat oatmeal almost every day and this will be a staple for sure. Thank you Julia for this deliciously satisfying recipe! I look forward to trying out more!
