I’m always trying new smoothies but was hesitant about blueberries and coffee. Since I had all the ingredients on hand, I tried it. Delicious! This is not a combo I would have thought of so thank you for the recipe.

I was a bit skeptical about this recipe at first, especially for someone who doesn’t drink coffee but I made it and love it!
I used what I had on hand: cows milk instead of almond milk and 1 small banana instead of blueberries and didn’t use any dates.
Thanks for the recipe it’s going to be my go-to smoothie now.

In reply to Jerry Moyer. Hi Jerry. All our smoothies are designed for drinking, not eating with a spoon. That being said, if you let them sit in the fridge, they will thicken up. Also, if you like a thinner texture, you can add more almond milk (or normal milk). Hope this helps.
