In reply to Glenda. Hi Glenda! Sorry for the confusion. I have already fixed the error. I used a small baking tray so could not fit 4 eggs on it and so did it in 2 batches (which I obviously forgot to mention). If you can fit all the eggs on one baking tray, please do so!

I am a little confused. The recipe calls for 4 eggs. But the instructions say to form 2 clouds. Am I reading this wrong?

These were wonderful–so simple and elegant yet so tasty. And what a beautiful presentation. I am surprised I have never come across them before in hotels or restaurants (not to take anything away from you, Julia). In reply to Tasha. Hi Tasha! :) The video is only to show how it is made. In general, if you use two eggs, you get 2 clouds. I increased the amounts in the recipe simply to feed 2 people (2 clouds per person). However, you can simply double the amounts or half if needed.
