Hi Kathy. I think you can but I suggest to cover the chicken breasts with tin foil so they don’t dry out. As for the marinating – the longer you marinate, the stronger the flavor but because you will be coating them with the sauce during baking, you can reduce the time.

Hi Yolanda. I have always used Sharwood’s mild mango chutney as that’s the only one available around here. Hope it helps.
