I don’t see how 16 slices of bread, not to mention the corn and other ingredients comes down to 4 gm of carb per serving/10 servings.
This cake is a good idea. I remember seeing things like this in the 1950’s cookbooks. They don’t dry out as fast as little appetizer sandwiches.

This is so creative – I love the idea of a savoury cake and would love to have a go at making one with lots of vegetables! The tomato roses are a great idea too, they’d look pretty on so many things :)
