Yumm!This looks so good. Butter. Honey.Cinnamon. So good together – like friends from way back. All these recipes look amazing…but as expected, we especially love the ones with honey!

In reply to Sarah. Hi Sarah, if it is stored in an air-tight jar/container it should last several weeks but mine is always gone within days :) (I'd say it's pretty addictive). Now because it only takes minutes to make I prefer making fresh one whenever I feel like it rather than keep the same in the fridge for ages. Let me know what you think when you try it! :)

Thanks for introduction in cinnamon varieties! Well, now I know why spicy tea is usually made with Ceylon cinnamon, ha :) I love adding cinnamon to all apple recipes, so maybe I should be more careful about it :) I actually never made sweet butter like this, with honey and cinnamon. It sounds like a perfect smear on a morning toast!
