These look so colourful – that red cabbage works wonders. I’d definitely go with your suggestion of a splash of chilli sauce – it would be a perfect lunch

I wish that I worked in an office just so that I could tote some of these wraps with me for lunch and make everyone jealous! I kid. It’s great that you can make the chicken in advance and freeze it: this would make a crazy-easy dinner on a busy weeknight as well! And yes, definitely sweet chili sauce for serving!
