In reply to Tammy J Burger. Hi Tammy. I haven't tried doubling this recipe but I would say you could. I would definitely finish them off in the oven as you might not be able to top each piece with mozzarella when so many cooked together. Hope this helps.

Made this tonight. Easy and good recipe. The only thing I changed, is that when it was done in the Instant pot. I put more sauce on it and the monzella cheese on it and put in the oven for about 10 minutes

In reply to Megan Huffman. Hi Megan! Welcome to the IP club :). No, you don't discard the water. No matter, what option you choose, you still add water as well. However, with option 2 because your pot will have some pieces of breadcrumbs or chicken stuck to it, you will need to deglaze it first. Hope it make sense.

Hello!!! I am new to the IP world!! AND OMG I am already addicted:) haha So in this recipe it says to ‘Pour water in your instant pot (and deglaze the pot if you chose option 2). Add tomato passata, sugar, garlic, oregano and give it a mix. Insert the instant pot trivet and place the chicken breast on top of it.’ Do you discard the water? Is it to kind of clean the pot before adding the tomato passata?

Happyfoodstube.com is always my go to source for instapot recipes! ever since I got my instapot I’ve gone on this site because of the well layed out recipes easy to follow! cause girl likes to eat!
