In reply to Melinda. I'd say you can. Not sure how deep it is but in case you had way too much of the filling, simply pour it into some glasses and top with raspberries. Hope this helps.

Tasted a lot better than I thought it would. Fluffy and not too sweet. It was impossible to whisk my cream cheese – even at room temperature as the cheese ended up in a big glob inside the whisk, so I used my beater instead and then gave it another whisk before adding the whipped cream.

Great recipe! Very fast, and easy to follow. I had leftover dark chocolate digestives, so I used those for my base and it added a chocolatey kick which went perfectly with the raspberries. The whole thing tastes heavenly. Many thanks for sharing, Julia! :-D

Yum! Just got done making this and it’s chilling now! My husband loved licking the spoon, he didnt even want share with the kids! The unchilled mixture was so good, I especially love the use of the fresh raspberries in this and cant wait to dig in.

Since I’m on Keto, I adapted your recipe. Oh, it was so good. And the net carbs were only 7g per serving. I used powdered erythritol instead of sugar and almond flour instead of graham crackers. It works with any type of berries but I prefer either raspberry or ollieberries.
