Thanks Julia! Yes, everyone liked the cake. :) About those scoops – pure luck! I’ve also been trying for a while to get them right. The trick (I think) was not to concentrate on having them actually filled with a lot of frozen yogurt. Once it looked like a perfect scoop I stopped and moved onto making another scoop. I think it helps if you freeze the ice cream/frozen yogurt in a rectangular container (haven’t done it though) so you have longer surface for trying scooping it in one go if you know what I mean.
