In reply to sandee. Hi Sandee. I would not recommend doing so. You will need something thicker. To do so, you would have to experiment with the ingredients. Perhaps using mascarpone as a substitution for the sour cream could work. However, I have not tested it so if you do try, please let us know how it went. Hope this helps!

I’ve never had a lemon curd fruit dip before, but this looks so good! I love lemon curd, so I love the idea of being able to serve it like this. And using a muffin tin as a serving tray is too cute!
