In fact, they all said it “made the meal”! It truly rates 5 stars!! I didn’t have any pears, so I omitted them, but it definitely turned out great. Be sure to include the herbs de Provence – that give this dish its high-end, sophisticated, restaurant-quality. Next time I’m making a double batch!5 stars
