I haven’t made these yet, but I will for my grandchildren soon. I’m surprised that no one mentions adding vanilla extract. I probably will do two batches, one with, one without because I’m old school😀.

I’m a big fan of make ahead meals and snacks. This recipe is great. I love the crunchy exterior with the pretzels (or cornflakes)! That’s a great addition.

I LOVE that you can make these french toast sticks ahead of time and freeze them. A big hit with my kids that’s for sure!
