The reason I use goat cheese in my salads is because I take them to work so any cheese that has a pungent aroma (feta/gorgonzola), I’d rather save for at home. I can’t to try this salad though! Thanks

I’m not a feta cheese fan. Can I substitute with either goat cheese or gorgonzola? Looks delish though!

LOVE BEETS!!! One of my favorite additions is a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice, it really heightens the flavors! So refreshing & healthy for us!
