Since it is summer now, watermelon and corn are indeed plentiful and this salad looks like an amazing way to prepare them. I think I’ll have to use cherry tomatoes instead of cherries since I doubt I’ll find any around this time of year. :)

I have seen watermelon I salads before but have never tried it until now. Saving this. I’m always looking for new ideas for salad, I get in a rut sometimes. Serving this with feta is interesting.

In reply to Do Thanh. You could try tomatoes but I would suggest maybe some other fruit instead of cherries. Maybe a peach or grapes. Some fruit that is available in your country.

Great salad! Love cherries but should buy watermelon again, hardly ever do but it is such a great piece of fruit! :)
