We had no gherkins so used relish again. We grow kale,so I chopped up a couple of handfuls and chopped them up very fine so as not to overwhelm the palate yet add some green nutrients. We had enough for 2 nights and finished it last night and I’m already champing at the bit to make it again! Thank you!5 stars
