I love Japanese gyoza dumplings and yours look so perfect. I had tried to make them a few times before I came across this post but my folding was terrible. I feel there’s hope now, thanks to your video.

These gyoza dumplings are delicious! I love how simple and flavorful they are! My family loved the dumplings and had fun assembling them!
