Hi Judy. I don’t see a reason why this recipe shouldn’t work with canned peas. Now that being said, canned peas taste differently than the frozen peas, so I personally wouldn’t use it as I prefer the taste of frozen peas. However, if you like it, then I don’t see a reason why not give it a go. Also, note that canned peas contain sodium, so don’t add any salt (only at the very end – after you tasted it and only if you feel it’s needed). Please do let us know, if you try it!
