I love that this soup is so healthy! I ended up using non fat greek yogurt to add extra protein. It came out perfect! I’m definitely adding it to my meal prep for Sundays. Thanks for the recipe!

Such a great idea to make a batch and then freeze half in single size serving portions to grab for an easy lunch or dinner. Loved it!
