I’m generally not a recipe following, type of cook and tend to throw things together. I tried your Minestrone Soup recipe and it was amazing! After seeing your recipes, I now realize that recipe writing is truly an art. Your explanations and lay out are very clear to me and without the usual over abundance of info and adjectives that have me clicking off in short time. After years of pinning from various recipe sites and blogs, I finally found a “go to” spot. Thank you so much, I am now trying things that I never would have tried before! Split pea soup is my husband’s favorite, so I’m giving this one a try.
Thank you again for broadening my recipe horizons:).

I love all the colors and flavors you have going on in here. I never use yellow split peas but now I’m going to have to find some! I would love to have this prepped in the fridge for me right now!

Such an awesome recipe. Gone are the days of my mother where we had to wait hours and hours for the split pea soup to be done. Go Instant Pot! This one is great. Super tasty!

Thank you for your delicious looking recipes. When reading the instructions for your split pea/ham soup, I don’t see when to add the peas.

This is my favorite Instant Pot soup recipe. The flavor is so bold – just like what you get from a restaurant. Follow the directions exactly and you won’t be disappointed.
