My husband liked it. Made a few procedural changes, though. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fried first. Removed and added onions, then garlic. Also, lightly browned the brats before adding to potatoes. Combined mustard with chicken broth before pouring over brats/potatoes. Lastly, sprinkled with grated cheddar.5 stars
