I added a bit more olive oil just to make easier to spread around and mix the chicken. Also didn’t use sage, I substituted that with oregano and rosemary. Everything else was a go and put way more garlic.

We will give a second review after we eat them, at this point other than the Sage I think it will be fine. Just wanted to try something different versus my usual marinade.

Absolutely Delish. The thighs where juicy. Marinated for about 2 or 3 hrs. I did add one extra spice kick 3 shakes of smoked paprika. This recipe will be my go chicken thigh.

These chicken thighs turned out great! The marinade has the perfect spice kick. This will definitely be a new go-to chicken recipe for the summer!

These look glorious! We are moving house soon and our new garden will be perfect for grilling. I can’t wait to make these grilled chicken thighs. I love the seasonings and I’m a sucker for grilled chicken!
