Super yummy! I used the whole can of coconut milk. I like it a little bit creamer. Otherwise this recipe is amazing!!!

Jasmine rice is similar to basmati but has slightly shorter grains so it might have a slightly different texture when cooked, maybe needs different amount of water. If you want to give it a go, make sure to rinse it well and try with the same amount of water first. If you do, please let us know how you liked it!

I don’t have any experience with a different size instant pot than the 6-quart one so not sure, Sonda. I would probably cut everything in half the first time you make it – just to see. As for the rice – I used regular rice. Hope this helps.

Would i cut the ingredients in half for a 3 quart. Instant pot? Did u use instant rice like minute rice or the reg rice
