Lovely and EASY Focaccia!! I hate when people alter ingredients and directions, but I do admit I tweaked the recipe. I added Herbes de Provence in the dough, and on top with the olive oil and sea salt. My husband loves those flavors from another more time consuming recipe so I thought I’d give it a try! Other than the herbs, I followed the recipe as directed. This is my new go to for him (I am gluten intolerant) and hubby is happy to have it more often!!
