I made this into muffins. Amazing recipe! Baked at 375 for 25 mins. Perfect.

In reply to Karl @ Healthy Kreation. Hi Karl! Thank you. Unfortunately, quick breads usually take this long to bake. They are quick to prep but need about an hour in the oven. However, you can do other things while the loaf is in the oven! :)

I know it’s a little early, but as soon as I saw cranberries in the title, I immediately thought “Christmas”! This would be such an awesome Christmas morning breakfast or festive snack. Definitely going to make it as soon as things cool down a little. Yum!
