Tender and juicy, beer marinated chicken is the perfect dish for your next BBQ or family gathering. Make it on a grill, in your air fryer or in the oven!

Instructions
In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag combine all the ingredients apart from the chicken. Mix well.
Add chicken thighs, cover with plastic wrap (when using a bowl) and refrigerate for 6+ hours or overnight.
Bake in a preheated oven skin side up at 400 Fahrenheit/200 Celsius for 30 minutes or until ready. Or, in an air fryer skin side up at 400 Fahrenheit/200 Celsius for 15 minutes. Or grill (skin side down) until cooked through. In all cases, if not sure check a food thermometer for doneness, see note 4.

Notes
Olive oil or any other vegetable oil will work great in this recipe.
Use Coors, Budweiser, or any other light beer.
Or any other mustard you have on hand.
The internal temperature of the thighs must reach at least 165 Fahrenheit/74 Celsius.
