Dulce de Leche Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips

This dulce de leche ice cream with chocolate chips is creamy and rich in flavor thanks to Dulce de Leche. It’s a no-churn ice cream that is whipped up in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (250 ml)
  • ½ cup Dulce de Leche / Caramel (125 ml)
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips (40 grams)

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream. Add dulce de leche and mix until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and pour into a 17 oz container.
  • Cover with lid and freeze until set (5+ hours, best overnight).
  • Enjoy!
