You only need 3 minutes and 4 ingredients to make them!
And, if you are looking for more Thanksgiving leftover recipes, I have some tasty options for you at the end of this post.
Ingredients:
- Leftover stuffing

Tools you will need:

Quick recipe overview
Mix together stuffing and some stock. You don’t need to use all of the stock if you find the mixture wet enough. Then, in a separate bowl beat the eggs and add them to the mixture.

What to serve with savory waffles?
- Leftover turkey, cranberry sauce and gravy
- Scrambled eggs or sunny-side up eggs
- Aioli and chives (We love this flavor combo!)
- Bacon and maple syrup
Useful tips:
- If your stuffing is very chunky, you can run it through a food processor but don’t over-do it. Simply pulse once or twice.
- I make homemade stove top stuffing, cut bread into ½-inch cubes and I have no problem making waffles.
- Another trick you can do is to use the stock to wet the leftover stuffing and kind of mash it with your hands into smaller pieces.
- Don’t over-fill your waffle iron!
- My waffle maker does not require much oil, I simply brush some on both irons before I cook the first savory waffles in it and that seems to be plenty for all.
- This recipe will easily serve 5 people.

Leftover Stuffing Waffles
Ingredients
- 4 cups homemade leftover stuffing
- 2-4 tablespoons stock , of your choice, see note 1
- 3 eggs (large), beaten, see note 2
- salt , a pinch, see note 3
- oil for greasing the waffle maker
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Meanwhile: In a mixing bowl, mix together stuffing and stock. Use your hands to break large pieces of bread if you have any.
- Add eggs and salt and stir until well combined.
- Brush both sides of waffle iron with some oil (or use oil in a spray bottle) and add about 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture. Spread it around a bit and close.
- Cook until the waffle turns golden brown, and the mixture is cooked through (for this reason it is better not to over-fill your waffle iron).
- Serve with anything you like!
Notes
- Any stock or broth will work: chicken/vegetable/turkey. Instead of stock, you can use milk.
- Use either 3 large or 4 small eggs. Now, 3 large eggs should be plenty, but if you feel your stuffing is quite dry, add one more.
- When using stock, you might not need to add salt at all but I like to add a little. With milk, I would definitely add a good pinch.
- This recipe will yield 4 generous or 5 smaller portions.
- Cooking time will vary, depending on how much mixture you use per waffle as well as how powerful waffle iron you have.
